PHILOSOPHY
Since the year 1972, we are making Surgical Instruments. Our third generation has joined us now. They are not only helpful in producing instruments also they are creating new ways to improve the quality of instruments. Now we are working under the new improved quality control system and reorganised our production system and certified as ISO-9001:2008, ISO-EN-13485:2003, cGMP (FDA - USA) and got certification of CE marking too.
We have divided our manufacturing work into three production units where we are producing our various surgical /dental instruments.
a) Gynecology, Retractors & Bone Surgery Instruments manufacturing unit.
b) Dissecting, Tissue and all types of Haemostatic Forceps Manufacturing unit.
c) All types of various Surgical/Dental Instruments & Surgical Scissors manufacturing
unit.
Unit a) Gynecology, Retractors & Bone Surgery Instruments manufacturing unit.
We are from the oldest manufacturers in this line and are specialist in constructing all types of sheet instruments e.g. GYNECOLOGY, OBSTETRICS, BONE SURGERY, NERO SURGERY, all kinds of RETRACTORS,( ABDOMINAL, SELF - RETAINING, WOUND & TRACHEA) etc. We also produce instruments relating to the surgery fields of TONSIL, THORACIC & LUNG, UROLOGY, RECTUM, RHINOLOGY, GALL BLADDER & all types of PLASTIC SURGERY (FIBER LIGHT) INSTRUMENTS etc. It is worthwhile to mention here that modern machinery including laser cutting machines have been installed within this unit. Further we have with this unit more than 3000 different types of moulds to produce
various types of instruments exactly as per the demand of the customers. The staff
working with this unit is highly technical and professional in the field of surgical instruments.
Unit b) & Unit c)
Within these units we produce all sorts of high quality Dissecting, Dressing, Tissue, Cardiovascular, Opthalmic Forceps and Dental tweezers. Further all types of Haemostatic Forceps, Needle Holders, Surgical Scissors and rest of various Surgical & Dental Instruments etc are manufactured here. All the necessary machinery and moulds are available within these units for the perfect construction of top quality instruments. The manufacturing staff deputed here is also highly technical and professional.
